He came back to find the Seireitei in ruins, so when he saw her he couldn't help but pull her into his arms, and even though it made her injuries worse, she didn't say anything because the physical pain wasn't nearly as bad as the pain in her heart.

It looks like Azula and Ursa aren't related in this one, or Azula can't recognize Mom? Either way, the ability and willingness to kill is definitely appealing when it comes to Azula selecting a mate.

<3 It radiates sweetness. It makes perfect sense for Azula to be awkward around crying people. I think a hug from her daughter would be enough to dry Ursa's eyes, too.

SO PERFECT. I always enjoy comparisons of Ozai and Azula, and this was just brilliant. Seems Ursa's going to keep that particular fact a secret, too. >;D
